Chipolte Dust 150g Dry Rub

Chipotles are spicy and have a distinctive smoky flavor.

The smoking of jalapeņos dates back centuries and was mainly used by the Aztecs who are thought to have preserved the chillies by smoking them.

The underlying heat of the jalapeņos combines with the taste of smoke, forming a flavour distinctive to chipotle peppers.

This is a dry rub that can be used in so many ways. Rub a small amount into nay meat and let it soak in for a little while and then BBQ or bake in the oven. It can also be sprinkled over many other dishes to add a fantastic awesome flavour.

WE use Smoked chipotle and smoked paprika along with garlic,onions and other spices to make this dry rub as well as other chillies.

This is considered to be a MILD heat dry rub.
