This is a Med Hot chilli sauce reminiscent of the old fashioned tomato sauce but with some real kick to it. Packed full of tomatoes , garlic, onion, chillies, lemon  and spices that give it a nice zing.

Lots of regular hot chillies with a whisper of Carolina Reapers to up the punch

This is a great choice if you are just starting out with chilli sauces, not too hot and huge flavours.
